In your Glow Pilates class, you will use our state-of-the-art V2 Max Merrithew reformers to experience the ultimate burn. Our high-energy yet low-impact method infuses an athletic approach into traditional slow and controlled pilates movements that will sculpt your body like never before. Come and enjoy the great vibes, upbeat music, and motivating instructors that curate the Glow Pilates class experience
There is metered parking directly in front of our studio and along Melrose Ave. There is also additional free 2 hour street parking along N Orange Grove and the other residential streets around the studio. Please allow yourself time to secure parking!
No prior experience is necessary to start Pilates. Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications and progressions to tailor the exercises to your needs and abilities. However, we highly recommend first-timers start with our beginner classes.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required! They will be available for purchase within the studio if you forget yours! You may also want to bring a water bottle and a small towel for sweat.
Grip socks are required for all classes. No exceptions! If you forget yours, we sell plenty of adorable grip socks in the studio.
